Interim Recruitment Manager

A leading international law firm based in the city are currently looking for an interim Recruiter on a short term contract.

The Recruiter will work closely with Senior HR Advisors and Business Partners to co-ordinate the recruitment process through the entire lifecycle. The key responsibilities will include analysing the business’ need to recruit, creating comprehensive job descriptions, screening CVs, interviewing and assessing candidates, building and managing effective relationships with key stakeholders as well as assisting with the continual improvement of the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or similar, have a sound knowledge of the recruitment process, especially IT recruitment and will ideally have experience gained in a law firm.
