Corporate Junior

Join a leading Corporate team who are supported by a global brand and one of the largest legal networks. You will work in a medium sized team and work closely with clients from day one. The team are incredibly varied and come from different backgrounds and work with wider non-legal teams within the business.

The team play to their strengths and offer a holistic approach to working with businesses on important transactions and help clients look at the wider commercial implications. Flexible working is available for all fee-earners, which means you can work from home at your own discretion and choose what hours you work. You are encourage to get as involved with clients as much as you feel comfortable and grow them further.

The successful individual will likely be:

• NQ - 2 years PQE
• Experienced within a legal directory rated Corporate team and have had exposure to M&A transactions and ideally restructurings
• Commercially minded and confident in client facing situations
• An ambitious Lawyer who is driven by their own career development
