The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Litigation Lawyer to join our clients’ flourishing Harrow office. The successful Lawyer will manage a challenging, diverse caseload incorporating civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Your duties may include:
- Professional negligence; corporate and partnership disputes; property litigation; intellectual property; defamation; insolvency; contract disputes and; mediation.
- The role will be offered on a part-time basis and in return you will be working for an excellent brand name and working alongside those who are experts in their field.
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with at least 5 years’ PQE and a strong background in litigation.
- Personable with excellent negotiation skills would be advantageous.
- Communication and client care skills should be of exceptional standard.
- A proactive and motivated approach is essential.
