Paralegal

Our client, a law firm based in the City, is seeking an experienced Asset Finance Paralegal to join their Aviation Finance Team.  

The role is varied and includes complex Paralegal work, preparing documentation such as lease summaries and first drafts of security documents, research of law sources and companies, analysis, reviewing legal opinions, proofreading documents, overseeing the filing process, updating signing/closing checklists, preparing bibles, plus generally assisting the Partners and Lawyers as required with their guidance.  

You will require a Law degree (min.2:1) plus LPC in addition to a minimum of 18 months' experience in asset finance as a Paralegal, ideally Aviation Finance although that is not essential.  Strong IT skills are also required as well as meticulous attention to detail.

Salary is £40k.
