A top city practice is seeking an accomplished corporate lawyer experienced in Corporate Private Equity and pure M&A, to start as soon as possible for 2-3 weeks. The role has come about due to an increase in workloads over the summer months. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of AIM Listings and broad mergers and acquisitions of varying levels of complexity. Please get in touch if you are available on short notice or immediately.
