A progressive law firm are currently looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their busy and expanding property department based in SE London/Kent borders.

This is a varied role dealing with all aspects of residential and some commercial conveyancing. This role offers the potential for career progression in a fully supported environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested to join an experienced and Legal 500 ranked department.

The role:

• Managing a caseload of Residential property matters
• Managing some commercial conveyancing
• Residential sales purchases and remortgages of both freehold and leasehold properties
• Transfers of equity
• Right to buy and right to acquire purchases from Councils, Housing Associations and other registered social landlords
• Shared ownership and home buy leases
• Acquisition of freehold reversions by flat owners and the formation of flat management companies.

You will be:

• A residential property conveyancer 3 year + PQE
• A commercial conveyancer- not essential
• Excellent with clients
• Technically strong
