Probate Assistant.
A Legal 500 firm in Uckfield is looking for an experienced probate assistant/ paralegal.
You will be managing a caseload of probate files under the supervision of the Probate Manager utilising the bespoke case management system from initial correspondence with the client through to the preparation of estate accounts and payments to residual beneficiaries.
This role involves a high level of communication with clients. You must have previous experience in probate and have used case management systems. Ideally you will have also drafted Wills and LPAs.
