Leading Medico-Legal Defence organisation is actively seeking an experienced Medico/Clinical negligence lawyer (2-3 years PQE with relevant training) to assist the Director of Advisory and Legal Services in the management of clinical negligence litigation, regulation, advisory and other member representation
The Role requires a self-reliant litigator able to manage a mixed caseload under minimum supervision and meet key deadlines, hopefully with experience of civil procedural rules and the potential for some advocacy work.
This role may suit a solicitor who is working in private practice wishing to move in-house, or perhaps a solicitor practising locally looking to work in Central London.
