The Property group at this highly-regarded boutique Commercial practice act for an unusually broad group of clients. Whilst banks and large-scale commercial organisations are included in this, the team also act for charities, theatres, entertainment companies, and education bodies, providing a varied and interesting workload for a prospective associate.
The team's remit covers the full spectrum of transactional property work, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Development and funding
- Environmental matters
- Planning
- Real Estate Finance
The ongoing growth of the department has led to an additional need at between 3-7 years' PQE. The successful applicant will enjoy one of the most diverse workloads available within the London market. Applicants will enjoy a collaborative and supportive working environment, led by partners whose expertise in the Real Estate market is recognised by all major industry ranking publications.
Applicants will have gained solid experience in Commercial Property at either a leading City, West End, or Regional practice, and be keen to expand their knowledge base and range of clients.
