Plot Sales Legal Executive/ Conveyancer.
This reputable and successful Legal 100 firm based in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy Plot Site-Set Up team.
The team acts for a range of clients including volume house builders, retirement housing providers, commercial developers and housing associations.
You will be responsible for preparing sites ready for plot selling and co-ordinating all necessary information including for mixed use schemes with complex structures.
As a qualified Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, you will have previous experience in plot sales transactions alongside excellent client care and the ability to handle a busy workload.
The firm offers a competitive salary and will consider flexible working.
