NQ Corporate Associate for Global Firm

A global law firm, headquartered in the US, are looking for a NQ Corporate Associate to join their London office. The Corporate department work on a broad range of transactions including public and private M&A; capital markets and private equity, to a range of clients. They predominantly work on cross-border deals focusing on 6 key sectors: consumer goods & retail; energy, mining and infrastructure; financial institutions; healthcare, industrials, manufacturing & transport and TMT.

You will be a NQ associate with excellent academics, having undertaken a corporate seat from a recognised firm. You will have experience of cross-border transactions and have a 'client first' approach. You will be advising and supporting leading multi-national corporates on a broad range of corporate transactions and engaging in business development activities.

You will benefit from a culture that gives associates the responsibility they are ready for not their PQE and direct contact with clients. You may be able to get involved in the associate transfer programme and be seconded to another office or spend time on secondment with clients.
