THE COMPANY
A hugely successful international financial services company.
THE ROLE
A maternity cover position within the Legal department which may last for up to one year for which a fast start is required.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with strong M&A, corporate and commercial experience, you will have 4pqe + and the potential to run the M&A division.
English or Commonwealth qualified as a lawyer, you are likely to have experience of cross border transactions ideally within financial services.
Experience in any of structured products, Islamic Finance, corporate finance, compliance, or litigation would be useful but not essential
You will be able to work both alone and within a team liaising regularly with other in-house Legal Teams in the US as well as EMEA and APAC.
An excellent pro rata package awaits the right candidate.
