Charities Solicitor (NQ+) - Bristol / Avon

This is a rare opportunity for a recently qualified to mid-level Solicitor with experience in the field of Charities, to join a highly successful and growing Charities department at a multi-office firm, with a healthy client base and very supportive and friendly environment.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a friendly team and will help to support and assist on a range of advisory work on charity governance, regulatory and other matters as well as being involved in charity formations, mergers, collaborations and other transactions. You will also play a role in marketing activities such as assisting with preparation of tender documents and writing articles for sector journals.

Applicants need not necessarily have extensive experience within this field but should have up to 1 year PQE with a genuine interest and enthusiasm in the Charities sector. You should be self motivated, with excellent Client facing skills and have an ambition to progress.
