Leading practice is looking for an additional senior corporate solicitor to join the expanding corporate team at its City office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a thriving operation. They continue to expand on all sides and have around a hundred lawyers across the firm's various departments. The relatively small, but perfectly formed, corporate team really is going from strength to strength and anyone joining will have the support structure of a good sized, full service commercial practice with everything that entails.
The team handles a range of corporate work but they are ideally looking for someone with solid M&A experience as this area of the practice continues to grow a apace. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 5yrs PQE, ideally gained in another City, other central London or regional heavyweight corporate team.
