Estate and Trust Legal Executive/ Fee Earner.
A reputable and successful firm in Worthing, West Sussex is looking for an experienced Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner who specialises in estate management.
You will manage your own caseload and although the position is based in Worthing, you will travel throughout the UK to visit clients.
This is a client facing role and you will be assisting high net worth clients with Wills, Estate Administration, Trust Administration, Inheritance Tax and Power of Attorney matters, including drafting of Will documents.
STEP membership would be an advantage but not essential. It is likely that you will have gained your experience within a bank, accountancy or solicitors office.
This is a great opportunity and the firm offers a competitive salary alongside a very generous flexitime scheme.
