Real Estate Solicitor

A highly regarded regional firm seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside their established team. As a result of organic growth they are looking for an experienced Solicitor to join and assist with existing client relationships. The firm possesses a prestigious client base and offers the opportunity for complex commercial project work.

This position offers you the opportunity to work with a varied client portfolio on a range of challenging and complex work. The firm generates a considerable amount of work from well established relationships and the post-holder will need to demonstrate high levels of client service.

Duties:

• Advise and assist on a range of Real Estate issues including major retail, mixed use developments and commercial landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals of substantial assets, as well as portfolios across a range of sectors
• Negotiating and draft a range of agreements related to options, easements etc.
• Commercial landlord and tenant matters
