Bulge Bracket Investment Bank – Corporate Finance / M&A / Capital Markets / Legal – 3 to 8 PQE – APA

Our client, a leading European investment bank is looking for a Legal professional to join their APAC team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with clients both internally and externally leading new transactions from start to close, reviewing and negotiating documents and strictures to close transactions.  

We are seeking a Vice President, one that has strong communication skills and is an independent learner; you should be excited to work with a varied portfolio of clients and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to wide array of transactions, work closely with different business units and gain experience in the banking industry with the most prestigious name on the street.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years post qualification experience
• Corporate Finance / Trust, Capital Markets or Corporate M&A experience is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-started, excellent communication skills
• Open to move from Private Practice or laterally within In-House
• Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous but certainly not essential

*Candidates with less experience will be considered for AVP level.
