A market-leading provider of enterprise communications software is seeking to expand it's legal team with the appointment of a Legal Counsel in its London office. Reporting to the Head of Legal and providing support to sales teams, the Legal Counsel will be responsible for:
- Master Agreements for SaaS.
- Partnership/Collaboration Agreements.
- Sales-related contracting including NDAs and Evaluation Agreements.
- Professional Services Agreements and SOWs.
- Amendments to existing customer agreements
- Processing and dealing with customer questionnaires and RFPs.
- Providing advice on data protection/GDPR in relation to customer and supplier negotiations.
The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with 2-4 years' PQE* gained in a commercial environment, including demonstrable experience of software licensing or contracts relating to the provision of IT services.
