Calling all Reputation/Privacy Litigators - Solicitors & Barristers Considered

If you are an experienced commercial litigator / advocate (3 years minimum PQE) with experience in the following --

- reputation law: defamation, privacy, harassment

and

- information law: contentious data protection, confidentiality ...

The successful candidate will join the firm's celebrated reputation & information protection team (some general commercial litigation will be part of your remit, too). You will advise business and individuals on reputation and privacy issues, as well as data loss response; ICO investigations; responding to data subject access and FOI/EIR requests; and theft of confidential information.

Experience of advising in-house communications teams and corporate PR agencies will be of significant value. The firm is well-connected internationally, notably across Europe and Asia; the selected candidate should be enthusiastic about engaging in business development efforts international in scope.
