EJ Legal are currently working exclusively with a world leading research facility based in West London who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager on a 12month FTC to provide Commercial Legal advice to the Science, Finance and other related departments.
Your main responsibilities shall include:
- Ensure appropriate terms and conditions are in place for all sales contracts, distribution arrangements, commercial research and grant agreements.
- Draft and negotiate complex collaboration agreements to ensure maximum impact and appropriate governance
- Work with the IP Exploitation Manager to ensure that licence terms and agreements are in place with agents and customers
- Provide support and training to the business on ad-hoc legal queries
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation which experiencing a period of significant growth with plans to increase the headcount of the business by over 200 next year and develop internationally. Due to the nature of the role the ideal candidate will have gained some experience In House and have been exposed to a range of legal matters, ideally working closely with senior stakeholders. To be considered for the role you must be a qualified lawyer and havce sales side experience across commercial and contract law.
