Clinical Negligence Solicitor
A leading Defendant Healthcare law firm is currently seeking a 2-5 ypqe defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its top tier ranked team in Bristol.
This Clinical Negligence Solicitor role will predominately be assisting partners on a range of clinical negligence matters including some complex high value birth injury, wrongful birth claims and catastrophic injury claims.
As a clinical negligence solicitor, you will have a small number of cases in your name to progress including; spinal injury, gynaecology, dental, neurosurgical, ophthalmic and orthopaedic on behalf of various NHS organisations and providers of health and social care.
This role would suit a solicitor who is either claimant and wanting to cross to defendant, or already defendant.
Excellent salary and benefits package on offer. Salary will be dependent on PQE.
