This firm are seeking a stand out Commercial Property Lawyer to join their established, Kingston, Surrey office.

The Role

The Real Estate department is one of the strengths of this practice servicing long established local SMEs, HNW individuals, Educational and National businesses. You will handle a broad Commercial Property caseload including; Acquisitions and Disposals, Joint Venture Agreements, Land Purchase and site assembly, Commercial, Residential and Industrial developments, Funder Security, Commercial Leases. This role is with a view of succession planning for the current Head of Department, who is also a Partner, who is due to retire in the next 12 months and thus take over an existing full caseload with a view to develop your own clientele.

This role comes with a realistic pathway to Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 Years PQE Experience (there is no upper limit and encourage even the most senior of candidates apply)
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience in dealing with the areas.
• Supervisory experience is preferred but not essential
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You will possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience, although is above market rate and comes with excellent benefits.
