The role is to be based in the heart of the City of London; however, they have a network of offices throughout Europe and the Middle East with 10% of their Lawyers currently based overseas. The Role:

The firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE into their City of London Office.

The Corporate team deals with a full range of services including, M&A. Private equity, Joint ventures, Restructuring and Commercial contracts.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role. You will work alongside industry regarded Partners, most of whom were trained in the City. The team is forward-thinking, friendly and have real team spirit.

Requirements:

• Corporate Lawyer with broad experience and at least 2 years PQE
• Good technical knowledge
• Organised and capable of running your own caseload
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills are essential
