The Role:

The Transactional Tax division are looking to add an Associate with 0-3 years PQE.
Experts in private equity transactions as well as market leading knowledge is what sets this team apart from the industry.

Involved in all aspects of tax transactions, not merely the negotiation of transaction documentation, but also structuring advice.

Away from pure M&A work, the team also advise on matters such as debt and equity restructurings, management equity incentive arrangements and other business transactions that involve a significant tax component. This a fantastic opportunity for a Junior/Mid-Level Associate to work across all areas with leading Partners & Practitioners.

The bulk of work is likely to feature transaction within private equity however the recruit can also expect to act for other corporate clients including listed companies conducting both transactional and advisory work.

The Requirements:

  • 0-3 Years PQE with strong academics
  • Specific experience of working on private equity transactions and knowledge of the relevant tax issues would be ideal, or a keen interest to progress into this area
  • Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written
  • Must possess a confident attitude and be driven to provide the best level of service
  • High level client facing experience would be an advantage
