Based in central Birmingham this leading law firm is looking for a legal assistant to join their expanding construction and build environment department where your key duties will include: 

• Preparing contracts and documents for procurement processes
• Carrying out legal research tasks and collating information
• Liaising with key clients and solicitors internally 
• Assisting fee earners within the built environment department

In order to be considered for this construction / built environment property legal assistant role based in Birmingham you must have 12 months+ experience working within a similar role, have excellent attention to detail and a keen interest in commercial property, be willing to go the extra mile for your clients and have a personable approach.
