Commercial counsel- leading property company

A leading property insurer with an office based in Kent is looking to grow its legal team with a commercial counsel hire. 

This role will work alongside the in house legal team focusing on commercial contracts and company law. The company has an international reach and this role will work to a high quality across all commercial matters.

The ideal candidate will: 
-Be 1-4 years PQE
-Have either company/commercial contracts exposure or financial services regulation 
-Any knowledge of property law will be advantageous but not essential
-Ideally have experience within an in house environment or a very commercial mindset
