Our client is an international law firm with 21 offices across the globe and currently has over 1000 staff. The firm has won many awards over the years including International Law Firm of the Year.

Responsibilities
- To dispatch bills to clients in a timely manner, ensuring that
- Agreed fee rates arrangements are applied
- Fixed Fees are charged correctly
- Bills are in accordance with client's requirements
- To process third party disbursements (Foreign Attorneys and IP office accounts, and
- To monitor the submission inbox
- To allocate disbursement to correct Matters
- To execute work flow with good attention to detail
- To attend to internal & external billing queries and resolve. Liaise with Partners and Fee Earns and the firm's Finance department effectively
Candidate Profile
- Proven Billing Coordinator experience essential;
- Previous working knowledge of Aderant/Elite required;
- Good knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of other MS packages;
- Familiar with SRA guidelines and VAT compliance;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Proven ability to use own initiative and a proactive attitude;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work produced;
- Team player and flexible.
