Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive.
This established Somerset firm are recruiting for a residential property fee earner to open up a busy branch office. There is lots of work available in this area, and you will likely enjoy business development, and getting your good name out in the market!
You will ideally be either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, looking to head up a small property team in this new branch!
You will handle your own caseload of sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
Management experience not essential. This role will likely suit a property fee earner looking for the next step up in your career. You may have hit a glass ceiling where you work, or feel that your progression has halted in some way.
