Personal Injury Team Leader/ Manager

Our client, a well established law firm based in Manchester City Centre are seeking to appoint a Personal Injury Manager to join their Fast Track division.

The role will involve supervising a team of First Response Paralegals to ensure that they are meeting targets and to conduct appraisals and reviews, Performance guidance and managing sickness and attendance.

The successful applicant will have a background within Personal Injury along with Supervisory/ Manager experience. Additionally, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be responsible for writing reports and presenting/ meeting with the management team.
