3+ PQE Intellectual Property Commercial Solicitor is required to join Liverpool office of international firm | Up to £55K

An international firm seek a commercial solicitor with experience in intellectual property to join the commercial team at their Liverpool city centre office.

Your new role

The commercial solicitor will be advising corporates, public bodies, third sector bodies, SME's and individuals on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters including:

• IP advice, IP due diligence and general corporate support
• Commercialisation strategies
• Contracts including licensing, sponsorship agreements, royalty agreements, merchandising agreements, commercial agreements

What you’ll bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a commercial solicitor with at least 3 years of PQE. You’ll also need:

• Excellent commercial awareness
