• Dilapidation's and adverse possession
• Service charges
• Disputes regarding restrictive covenants
• Enforcements
• Nuisance and trespass claims
• Conducting advocacy as required
• Providing updates to clients at all stages of the process.
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of developments in your field
• Meeting and exceeding firm set targets
• Participation in business development activities

• Solid experience in property litigation both private and commercial will be essential
