This role primarily involves handling your own caseload of property disputes under the Landlord and Tenanct Act 1954.

The team acts on all types of property disputes, including mulit-jurisdictional disputes.
Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Claim Forms
- Drafting Notices
- Drafting Witness Statements
- Negotiating with the other side
- Liaising with the Court, surveyors and clients
Profile
The successful candidate will have excellent academics, have completed the LPC or ILEX and have 1-2 years' experience in litigation.
