SECURITISATION SOLICITOR - CITY - 1 - 4 YEARS PQE

My Client, a Leading City Firm are seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join their well established team who have an outstanding reputation within the property market.

In this position you will be acting for a broad range of clients on property transactions with from registered providers of social housing and care homes, charities and private developers.

The role will include:

Drafting and negotiating Certificates of Title;
Satisfying all conditions precedent required for completion of the charging exercise;
Negotiating deeds of variation to S agents, leases, transfers etc to maximise the funding capacity of the Registered providers

The ideal candidate will have one to four years PQE as a Solicitor ideally with experience of charging properties to mainstream lenders or, as a minimum broad property work
