IN-HOUSE COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS LAWYER ROLE WITHIN GLOBAL BUSINESS - WEST OF LONDON/ NEAR WINDSOR – PERMANENT POSITION
An International business is looking to recruit an in-house commercial contracts lawyer near Windsor to join its legal team to provide commercial legal advice and support for its commercial contracts in the UK and Europe.
This in-house commercial lawyer role will involve working on your own caseload of matters providing legal advice and support on a range of commercial contracts and terms and conditions for this business.
The role will also include assisting on preparing for bids, developing training materials and managing external lawyers.
