Private Client Solicitor

Our client is an established regional firm based in York and they have an opening for an experienced Private Client solicitor to take over the Private Client department.

You will lead our current Wills and Probate team, and to run the department. Ideally you will be five years plus qualified, STEP qualified or working towards the STEP qualification, with experience in all aspects of Wills and Probate, Inheritance Tax planning, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Court of Protection applications.

The salary offered is very competitive and will be commensurate with experience. There are real prospects for progression for the right candidate.

We are flexible on working hours but looking for someone to work the equivalent of four days a week.
