Commercial Property Solicitor - Liverpool

Fantastic opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join an award winning, international firm in their growing Liverpool city centre office.


The Role:
· Commercial Property solicitor - 2- 10 years PQE
· Advising on deeds of easements, tenancy at will, licenses, negotiation of landlord & tenant matters, leases, title investigation and reporting, disposals and acquisitions, working in a team of 7
· Working closely with the Partner who will provide support

Candidate Requirements:
· Commercial property solicitor 2- 10 years experience
· Experience in commercial property
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work autonomously and also within a team
· Mentoring skills - desirable- line management training will be provided
