Public Law/Healthcare and Governance Solicitor- Liverpool

Fantastic opportunity for a solicitor to join an award winning, international firm in their highly regarded Liverpool city centre office.

The Role:
· Working on a broad range of healthcare, public law and governance matters for public and private organisations in the health and social care sector
· Governance and constitutional issues, application of general public law principles and public decision-making processes, public involvement and consultation, judicial review, data protection regulations, primary care commissioning, powers and duties and public bodies

Candidate Requirements:
· Experience in public law work
· Ability to work autonomously and also within a team
· Desirable- experience of the health sector
