Residential Property Team Leader - Plymouth
A forward-thinking, full service law firm are recruiting into their established residential property team and are searching for a (circa) 2-6 year qualified residential property solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join them in Plymouth.
Your caseload will be broad to include advising on: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership leases, handling both registered and unregistered land, all aspects of mortgages and lender requirements, buy to let properties and new build sales.
As well as running your own caseload you will supervise a busy existing team of 3 very capable conveyancers, handing all supervisory elements. Ideally you should have previous managerial experience, although those without it and looking for that next step up will be considered.
