A Private Practice law firm in Henley on Thames is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join the Residential Property team.
Ideally, you will be a Licenced Conveyancer, part or fully qualified Legal Executive, or recently qualified Solicitor. You will have a minimum or 1-2 years’ conveyancing experience, handling a busy and varied residential caseload. Equity release mortgages, transfer of properties, remortgaging and refinancing property advice, ownership and rights-of-way, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and right to manage, residential landlord disputes, previous lease experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
The role requires a conveyancer with a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join a forward thinking firm offering great career prospects.
