- Taking instructions
- Drafting pre-action correspondence
- Drafting court applications and pleadings
- Handling disclosure
- Instructing Counsel
- Preparing for trial
- Preparing witness statements
- Attending procedural hearings
- Undertaking mediation and conciliation meetings
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- A flair for business development and networking
- Analytical and decision-making skills
