Exceptional new role for an IT lawyer with 2+ years PQE to join the award-winning technology team of a top tier Irish firm, based in their offices in Dublin. 

Role Profile:

The role of offer will be diverse in nature and provides the opportunity to work across a range of IT matters including: technology, intellectual property (non-contentious), data protection/privacy, fintech and outsourcing. Additionally, you will advise on: outsourcing projects, technology supply agreements and patent licences Licensing, collaboration and JV arrangements and franchising, cyber security and GDPR.

The team also advises across a broad spectrum of clients sectors including: financial services, pharmaceutical, life sciences, media and data. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally you will be a commercial lawyer with experience of commercial contracts and IT. 
• You will have a strong academic background and a genuine interest in developing your career as a specialist in IT law.
