Expanding London law firm is looking for a new Receptionist to carry out Front of House tasks, Health & Safety duties and offer general office support.  This position is to be a stand-alone role so candidates must be proactive and be responsible to manage a reception desk on their own and carry out all of the tasks that being the front of house contact brings, including offering a 5 star service to internal and external clients, meeting room management including the diaries and the maintaining of the rooms pre and post conferences.  You will also be responsible for organising the catering of events and conferences and liaising with the IT department to ensure all AV equipment is working and set up prior to meetings.  Other duties will include assisting with new employee initiations, undertaking accident and incident investigations, consulting and working with the external health & safety provider, ensuring work station assessments are arranged as needed, ordering all stationery and catering supplies, managing all incoming and outgoing post and any other duties as and when required.  Candidates that want to work in a busy, professional and corporate environment where the expectations are high will find this an opportunity too good to miss.  Candidates must have previous legal reception experience including meeting/conference room management and applicants must have a very professional and passionate attitude towards your reception desk.
