1+ PQE Conveyancer sought by Cardiff Residential Property Team | Up to £40,000 plus Benefits incl. discounts, healthcare and home working

One of the UK's largest property services group is growing and looking to expand its residential conveyancing team with the addition of a conveyancer to their Cardiff office.

Your new role

The conveyancer will be responsible for managing and progressing with a full caseload of residential property files. Assessing risk on transactions, the residential conveyancer will deliver pragmatic decision-making and legal advice to clients and business partners.

You will be supported by a brilliant team of legal and administration assistants to support the post-exchange and post-completion processes, so you are free to focus on the conveyancing work.

What you’ll bring to the team

To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing position. You’ll also:

• Have experience managing your own caseload
• Be a conveyancer or a conveyancing assistant, keen to develop upon your existing experience within a vibrant and collaborative environment
