5+ Corporate Lawyer sought by leading UK firm in Birmingham | Up to £90,000 | Part-time and flexi working considered

A leading UK law firm require a senior corporate lawyer to join their Birmingham offices and oversee a corporate caseload for a fantastic mix of national and international clients. Please note that fully flexible working and part-time hours will be considered for this role.

Your new role

The successful corporate lawyer will have the opportunity to develop this role as they see fit. As a senior member of this established corporate team, day to day duties will include working alongside PLCs and large private companies such as; Bupa, Aviva PLC and Weetabix on the full spectrum of corporate work.

The corporate lawyer will have the opportunity to work on cross-border advice and to have early input on strategic corporate advice to the large number of retained clients.

What you’ll bring to the team

To succeed in this senior corporate lawyer role, you’ll need to have 5 years of PQE gained at a reputable national or international practice. Other requirements include:

• Personable, bright and ambitious
• Comfortable leading on transactions as well as working as part of a larger team on more complex deals
• Venture capital or capital markets experience is preferable
• Strong business development skills and the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level

The senior corporate lawyer will be offered:

• £52,000 - £90,000 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package
