Finance Lawyer

Banking & Finance Associate – Mid/Senior Associate level – high-value cross-border banking and finance work – Chinese language skills not required.  

This major offshore law firm has one of the premier Asian finance practices in the sector. It is seeking to add further strength in depth through the hire of a banking and finance lawyer who is likely to have between three and seven years’ relevant experience from a leading international or offshore law firm; more experienced lawyers with the right profile are also of interest. A strong background in general banking work is required with any prior exposure to acquisition finance, structured finance, leveraged finance or funds finance useful, if not essential. Chinese language skills are not required.

You will join a dynamic team that offers significant responsibility advising on high-end work, lots of client contact and excellent prospects for career progression. They are happy to consider people within the Hong Kong/Asian market but are equally keen to hear from UK/Commonwealth lawyers with leading firms in London or elsewhere in the world. The role comes with an attractive salary, benefits, bonus and a relocation allowance if required.
