Legal Counsel - 12 Month FTC

Global FMCG company based in Bedfordshire is looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover for a period of maternity leave. This role is best suited to a NQ-4 year PQE lawyer. Salary up to £72k + benefits depending on level of experience.

Typically 2 days per week will be spent in London - travel costs reimbursed.

Supporting the UK business you will be responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including procurement, marketing and advertising agreements

- advising on IP and brand matters

- company secretarial work for the UK entities

- providing general legal support to the business

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified lawyer with previous experience in-house or private practice in a similar role focused on commercial advisory. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-known brand with exciting and challenging work on offer.
