Legal Counsel

My client, a well known retail organisation based in Watford is seeking a Legal Counsel to cover a maternity leave for 6 months.

Within the role you will be delivering proactive legal advice focusing on three primary areas:
*Data Privacy
*Intellectual Property
*IT & digital agreements

You will be drafting and negotiating on a broad range of commercial contracts including IT and digital, terms and conditions, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, trading terms, etc.

To be considered for this position you must a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE* from an in house background. You will have in depth knowledge and experience of data privacy law, consumer law, advertising law and IP.

The successful candidate will be a hardworking self starter with the ability to communicate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business. If you are solutions driven and enjoy problem solving on a wide variety of legal and commercial issues I would encourage you to apply.
