COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - MANCHESTER
Commercial Litigation Solicitor – this highly-regarded national team is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their distinguished team. The caseload will consist of all manner of litigation including high-value complex litigation. The team is also looking for specific support in relation to their licensing team so candidates with experience of licensing work should certainly consider applying. However, the caseload will not be limited to this area and encompasses the full scope of dispute resolution matters.

- Previous Experience: Commercial Litigation Solicitor with around 1-4 PQE. Any experience of licensing litigation (such as in relation to premises licences and temporary events notices would also be highly beneficial).
STRUCTURE OF THE TEAM / RANGE OF WORK
Commercial litigation solicitors within the team are afforded exposure to a vast range of work. From complex disputes concerning breach of contract and directors and shareholders disputes to advising on intricate financial disputes. The team is also instructed on cross-jurisdictional matters sometimes advising on critical aspects of the law including obtaining search orders and global freezing orders.
Within this framework of assisting on high profile litigation matters, junior solicitors are also encouraged to develop their own caseload to give them experience of running cases from start to finish and honing their skills on the mechanics of the law. In this particular case, the team is looking for commercial litigators with licensing experience. However, the role would not be limited to this area alone.
