NQ Solicitor Banking (Corporate) role at an international bank in London. £50,000 - £60,000.

Your new company
This international banking group is looking to add a Newly-Qualified Solicitor to its team. The bank has grown significantly in the London market in recent years asserting itself as a popular and competitive figure in the banking sector.

Your new role
Your role will allow you to gain valuable banking law and corporate law experience in the financial services sector. You will report to the Head of Legal and provide legal advice for both internal and external business areas. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate banking documentation and security documentation. As well as advising on insolvency and litigation issues, on top of a range of other diverse duties, allowing you to grow as a Solicitor.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Newly-Qualified Banking/Corporate Lawyer, who has ideally done seats in both the banking department and corporate department through their training contract. Experience in just one of the seats will also be considered. Ideally you would have trained at prestigious City firm.
