Urgent requirement for an experienced Family Supervisor with Panel membership and/or Resolution accredited specialist status to join a highly regarded practice in Peterborough.
Utilising your skills and expertise within this field, the successful candidate will be managing their own varied caseload of family matters, ensuring high levels of client care and service at all times. LAA Supervisor status and either membership of the Law Society’s Children Law panel and/or Family panel or Resolution Accredited Specialist status will be required.

- Preparing and taking client instructions
- Domestic abuse and injunctions
- Child care proceedings
- Divorce ad separation agreements
- Co-habitation disputes
- File reviews
- Conducting own advocacy as required
- Ensuring compliance with LAA franchise requirements
The Candidate
- Applications are encouraged from qualified Family Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE
- It is essential you are a Family or Child Panel Member and/or Resolution Accredited Specialist
- The ability to act as a LAA Supervisor for the firm will be essential;
- It would be advantageous to possess exceptional client care and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are required
